Discover the benefits that cold exposure brings

In every Ice Bath and Plunge, our patented technology runs what we call Ice Cycles. When set below 2°, the bottom of the bath will freeze, creating 20-30mm sheets of ice that break up as it’s released into the water.

  • Get your cold on

Whether it’s to maintain health, boost performance, or rebuild a healthy body, there is a role for cold water dips that’s as important as taking physical exercise. How? Because it’s ancient physical exercise for the cardiovascular and nervous system.

  • Clear your mind

Our ice baths are designed to ensure you can just say focussed on your immersion. We have 6 sensors all feeding into our software to ensure temperature control and ice formation is as energy efficient and precise as possible.

It’s a challenge, for sure. But it’s safe, and beneficial.

  • How long does it last?

    Here’s a general guideline:

    • For beginners: Aim for 1-2 minutes initially.
    • Most people: A typical range is 3-5 minutes.
    • Advanced users: Some experienced individuals may tolerate up to 10-15 minutes, but this is not recommended for most people.
  • Is it completely safe?

Ice baths are safe, but it’s important to be aware of the risks and take appropriate precautions.

    • Talk to your doctor first: If you have any health conditions, consult a doctor before trying an ice bath.
    • Start slow: Don’t jump straight into a freezing bath. Gradually lower the water temperature over time.
    • Your first one should be guided: Don’t take an ice bath alone, book in to be shown through the correct protocols.
    • Listen to your body: Get out immediately if you start to feel unwell.
  • How to I warm up afterwards?

    • Gentle Movement: Make slow movements to help your body return to its normal temperature. You can also engage in light activities like walking or stretching.
    • Warm Up Gradually: Avoid hot showers immediately after. Instead, use a towel and pat yourself dry.
    • Monitor Your Condition: Pay attention to how you feel post-bath. Consult a doctor if you notice any unusual side effects.
  • Will I be alone?

Even if you’ve had an ice bath before, if it’s your first time with us, you should book our single guided session above.

This experience includes personalised coaching on utilising your breath effectively, recommended immersion times, proper entry and exit procedures, and emergency protocols to ensure your safety and comfort.

Once you’ve done this you can book the room for your own use. If you’re booking the pre-class dips, there will likely be someone else using the ice bath next to you.

  • What if I can’t do it?

Cold feet are normal. Many people sit at the head of the ice bath, prepare again and give it another go.

If you don’t think it’s for you after that, no problem at all.
